MATI is more than just a training workshop. The instructors and trainees involved with MATI strive to build a supportive and energetic community committed to bettering the field of research synthesis through high quality meta-analytic techniques. Advancing the field requires making long-lasting and stimulating connections with other researchers who can push each other's skills to their highest potential. Realistically, these kind of connections can't be made in only one week. We are happy to say that many instructors and trainees remain connected as mentors, colleagues, friends, and confidants. MATI participants are not just building a learning community of practice; they are building a network of next-generation researchers who challenge their meta-analytic techniques to reach their highest heights!
